How do I return an item?
Our "blank" products are returnable with prior approval from our customer service department. The original shipping charges for the order are NOT refundable NOR are the return shipping. There is a 10% restocking fee for any blank item return. Returns must be received within 2 weeks of Original Invoice.
Custom printed products are not returnable unless deemed defective by our quality control team within 2 weeks of receipt. If defective we will either replace or issue a refund on returned defective merchandise at our descresion.
We will guarantee that our products will be free of material defects. We do not consider an item to be defective if normal wear is determined to be the cause of the defect. Our quality control team will review all claims and the history of any issues of the product in question to determine a defect.
Shipping charges are not refundable on any order unless the mistake was clearly made by For-Most Specialties LLC (KoozieWarehouse.com) in which case we will cover the shipping cost as determined at the time of the request.
